Support Hunger Action Month!

Help us pack millions of meals on 9/11 and fight hunger year round!

On Monday, September 11, 9/11 Day will host large-scale meal packs in 18 cities across the nation in observance of the federally-recognized September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance. More than 250 team members from SRS and Heritage Family of Companies will join together to pack thousands of meals for people experiencing food insecurity. All of the meals will stay in their local communities and be donated to food banks through the Feeding America network.

Please join us in support by making a donation. Your gift will help with the cost of food and supplies to pack meals for those facing hunger, not just on 9/11 but all through the year.

ABOUT 9/11 DAY

Six months after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, a group of 9/11 leaders joined together to form the nonprofit 911Day.org. Their goal is to transform the anniversary of the attacks into a national day of service by joining together to Give Back to our communities and those in need.

Their mission is to inspire millions of Americans and others to rekindle the remarkable spirit of unity and compassion that arose in the immediate aftermath of 9/11, and to perform good deeds and other acts of service in tribute to the 9/11 victims, survivors, first responders, and members of our military who bravely rose in service in response to the attacks.

Today, the anniversary of 9/11 has grown to become the largest annual day of charitable service in the nation, known as “9/11 Day.”
